« Stellar will not use any low grade, cheap quality paint products or sundries.
« Stellar will provide on-site supervision and/or In-the field supervision with crew leaders that have a minimum of ten years experience.
« Stellar will provide paint tech’s to work with the crew leaders that have a avg. minimum of six to eight years experience and are journeyman painters.
« Stellar will de-gloss as needed pre-painted baseboards, door casings, doors, sills, window casings and windows.
« Stellar will apply our expertise to properly remove popcorn texture from ceilings.
« Stellar will caulk in all base boards, crown, casings and doors prior to painting with a 45 year High Quality Acrylic caulk product.
« Stellar will protect your home!. We will Carpet Shield Stairs and Carpeted Walkways, Builder Paper Hardwood & Tiled Floors, Film off/ Plastic all Countertops, Kitchen Cabinets, and Vanities. We will wrap all Furniture in Plastic, Blue Tape/Caulk to all Ceilings and Trim and Vacuum at completion of each days work. All Interior Brick Surfaces not to be painted will be Filmed off with Plastic as well.
« Stellar will apply our expertise to apply high acrylic and/ or oil base paints to items such as kitchen cabinets, rail systems and vanities with a specialized HVLP( High Volume Lo Pressure) or Air Assist System to achieve a fine almost factory like finish.
« Stellar will double roll all walls to achieve even, consistent sheen and color.
« Stellar will offer professional color consultation, Faux Painting and Mural Painting. We often will offer Free Color Consultation with most of our Exterior & Interior Painting Services.
« Stellar will provide full protection to our customers and our people by carrying a full line of workers comp. and liability insurance.
« Stellar will provide our expertise in a full range of texture repairs including water damage and cracks.
« Stellar will provide you with proper techniques and wall preparation for wallpaper removal.
« Stellar will provide a 2 year transferable workmanship warranty on interior work.
« Stellar will properly de-gloss, oil base prime and two coat with top line acrylic or oil base paint all pre-stained trim and doors.
« Stellar will apply top quality primers to any new texture or drywall repairs to prevent flashing.
« Stellar will strive to make our crew leaders and paint tech’s the most knowledgeable in the Industry by providing an on-going monthly employee education program.
« Stellar will remove all light fixtures and switch plates.
« Stellar’s painters will always wrap in Plastic any Ceiling Fans/Light Fixtures and Mask off Glass to Windows as needed.
