Semi-Trans Oil Stain Finish Application to Deck-Brightener
  1. Apply Sherwin Williams Revive Wood Brightener to all deck Floorings and Power Wash all surfaces. Apply in Sections and keep wet. Back Broom/Scrub Brightener as needed.
  2. Max Protect all Surfaces to House. Apply Plastic Corner to Corner as needed to Concrete Porch Below. Clear Caulk Tape around any support Posts to stop the stain from penetrating thru Tape to Concrete or Flagstone Surfaces.
  3. Apply 2 Coats of Flood Non-Toner Base or TONER BASE CWF-UV5 Semi-Solid (Described as Semi-Trans) or Semi-Trans. Oil Finish fortified with Penetrol to all surfaces to include deck floorings Lattice & Hand Rails.,Pickets, Lattice, Underneath of Upper Deck, Support Beam to Upper Deck, and Lattice Gate off Metal Railings below Upper Deck.
  4. De-mask and Clean Work area.
Semi-Trans Oil Stain Finish Application to Deck-Sanding Treatment
  1. Apply Deck Sander and Orbital Sander to all Horizontal Surfaces including tops of Hand Rails and Steps as needed.
  2. Broom Sweep and Shop Vacuum dust off Deck as needed.
  3. Power Wash all Surfaces to Deck to be Stained.
  4. Max Protect all Surfaces to House. Apply Plastic Corner to Corner as needed to Concrete Porch Below. Clear Caulk Tape around any support Posts to stop the stain from penetrating thru Tape to Concrete or Flagstone Surfaces.
  5.   6. De-mask and Clean Work area.
Solid Color Stain Finish to Deck
  1. Power Wash all surfaces to Deck.
  2. Scrape and Wire Brush all loose, peeling paint as needed.
  3. Apply 80 Grit Block to worst areas as needed.
  4. Max Protect all Surfaces to House as needed.
  5. Apply Sherwin Williams Deckscapes Solid Color Acrylic Stain or Flood Solid Color Acrylic Stain to all Deck Surfaces.
  6. De-mask and clean the work area.

T & M– $35.00 per hr. per man w/ Painting. $40.00 per hr. per man w/out- Min. 8 Hrs.

Front Door Strip, Stain and Finish
  1. Remove Door & Plastic off Opening. Protect the Garage Floor w/ Plastic to the Work area.
  2. Place Tarps/Blankets on Saw Horses. Max protect all Glass to the Door.
  3. Mechanically Sand all Flat Surfaces. Apply Stripper to Decorative Panels and/or Raised Moldings of Doors.
  4. Wipe Door Clean w/ Damp Rage and  Tack Cloth Door.
  5. Apply 2 coats of Sherwin Williams or Min-wax Oil Stain.
  6. Apply 2 Coats of Satin Spar Varnish w/ Slight Sand between Coats w/ 220 Grit Paper.
  7. De-mask and Clean work area.

OR

Sikkens System(Faster, Better System in my Opinion)
  1. MAX PROTECT PERIMETER AREA TO DOOR W/ PLASTIC & FILM> Remove Hardware as needed.
  2. Sand Surfaces to be Stained w/ Med/Fine Sand Block to effectively Break Finish.
  3. Tack Cloth Door Down.
  4. Apply one Coat of SIKKENS Cetol 1 Stain. Client to choose Color.
  5. Apply One Coat of SIKKENS Cetol 23 as Finish.
  6. DE-MASK and Clean Work Area.

Max protect Trex decking to back.  Mask and demask Trex as needed until the task is completed to that area. Do leave Trex masked for prolonged periods of time in direct heat of the day, overnight, or over a weekend.
